Terms and Conditions

 General Tickets 

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations of tickets.

However, with enough notice, we will always try our best to transfer your ticket to another event.

Please note that this is at our discretion at all times. 

If a request to transfer dates of tickets is made with less than 72 hours notice prior to the start time of the event you have originally purchased a ticket for, transfer will not be available.

Requests for transferral of tickets can only be made once.

All requests must be made via email: 

 Private Bookings 

We require full payment in advance for all corporate/private bookings.

The date(s) that the balance is due will be agreed with yourself upon booking. 

Unfortunately, if you need to cancel your event for any reason, we cannot refund the deposit paid.

However, if appropriate notice is given prior to cancellation,

we will always try our best to rearrange your event to a different date.

Please note that this is at our discretion at all times and a 'cancellation fee' may apply.


If the number of people attending the private event decreases after payment has been made,

unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for those unable to attend. 

 Should you wish to add any additional people to the event after the invoice has been paid,

the cost will be the same price 'per head' as the original booking. 

 Photos & Videos 

Our artists will be taking photos and videos throughout the classes for use on our

social media platforms, website and other promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to be in any of the photos, please just let one of our artists know on the day and we will make sure to leave you out of them! Thank you.
