Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for cancellations of tickets. If a request for transferring dates of tickets is made with less than 72 hours notice before start time of event – no transfer or refund will be available. However, with enough notice, we can try to transfer your ticket to another event. Requests for transferral of tickets can only be made once. All requests must be made by email: email@example.com
We require full payment fot corporate/private bookings prior to the event.
If you need to cancel your event, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund of the deposit, but we can try our best to rearrange your event to a different date, however a cancellation fee may apply.
If the number of people attending the private event decreases after payment has been made, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for those unable to attend.
Should you wish to add any additional people to the event after the invoice has been paid, the cost will be the same price per head as the original booking.
Our artists will be taking photos throughout the classes for use on our social media, website and other promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be in any of the photos just let one of our artists know on the day and we will make sure to leave you out of them!
