Spend your Sunday relaxing at Cork and Canvas with the utterly fabulous Emily Jean Berry and paint your very own Le Melon at Freight Island, Manchester

Cork and Canvas is a paint and sip workshop with a difference.  You will be guided step-by-step by one of our resident artists. No experience is needed and we will provide everything you need to complete your canvas painting.

We belive that there is a great artist inside each and every one of us and love to see those who haven't picked up a paint brush since school get creative again! Equally if you are a seasoned artist our teachers are excellent at differentiating during our classes and will adapt their guidence to improve your skills throughout the class.

Whether you're looking for a date night activity with a loved one, a fun activity with your bestie, or a family outing we've designed our fruit series to appeal to you all. Just think how much of a great talking point your very own canvas masterpeice will make on your kitchen wall!

There will also be the option to choose your own colour schemes to make sure your painting is truley one of a kind.

The Plant Room @ Freight Island

The plant room is an urban oasis flooded with natural light and perfect for painting. You can purchase food and drinks at any time throughout the class using QR codes on the table or by walking up to the bar.

Ticket includes:

All art equipment (apron, easel, paints, paintbrushes plus a canvas that you get to take home with you in a bag!)

2 hour session with our resident artist and support from a qualified teaching assisistant.

Limited childrens tikets are avalible at half the price of adults tickets

Additions info:

The doors to Freight Island open at midday. Your will have ten mins to purchase a drink and be shown you your allocated table ready to start the class at ten past twelve. 

Once you purchase a ticket you will receive an automated email with your digital ticket attached. You do not need to print your ticket as your name will also be automatically added to a guestlist. The event manager will simply ask you for the name you booked under on arrival and tick you off the guestlist.
